I know when it comes to finding your wedding dress it can all feel quite daunting!

So, before booking your appointment to try on my dresses I wanted to explain what you can expect if you choose me to make your dress.

My studio is tucked away in the heart of Covent Garden, this is where all of your appointments would be held, and this is where we make all of our dresses. We are a small team of 3, and I can assure you that the upmost care and love will go into your dress. 

We make every dress to order to the brides measurements and specifications, because of the way we work it gives us and you the flexibility to make your dress truly yours.

You’ll have the opportunity to try on various styles, explore fabric options, and consider customisations like buttons and sleeves. Please feel free to show me your pinterest board to give me an idea of the dress of your dreams.

  • (+6 months from wedding date) - 45 minutes (£19.95)

    We recommend booking your initial appointment at least 6 months before your wedding day. This is the only appointment in your journey that requires payment (£19.95).

    During this 45 minute appointment, we’ll discuss your vision for your dress, your budget, and your ideal timeline. The atmosphere is relaxed and informal, you are welcome to visit alone or bring along friends and family. You’ll have the opportunity to:

    • Try on a range of styles

    • Explore different fabrics

    • Consider custom details like sleeves, buttons and more (customisations start at £100)

    • Try dresses with a range of veils

    You’ll also receive a selection of fabric sample to take home and reflect on.

    If you intend to wear shapewear on your wedding day, please wear this to your initial appointment.

    Still undecided after your first visit? You’re very welcome to return for a complimentary follow-up or a measurements appointment (if we didn’t take them in your first visit)

    If you then choose me to make your dress I will take a £500 deposit and we will book in for all of your appointments!

  • (+6 months from wedding date) 15 minutes 

    This is a super quick appointment and can be tacked on to your initial appointment if your wedding is soon or visiting london is a little trickier for you

    Please wear a similar bra or shapewear to what you intend to wear on your wedding day.


  • (4-8 weeks following measurements) 30 minutes

    Your first fitting might be a little strange, your dress will need some tweaks, but bear with me, I will pinch and pin and tweak to make it look exactly like it should. You are welcome to try on different veil options with your dress. This is a great moment to make small changes if something doesn’t feel quite right. For example your sleeves will be stitched by hand, you can change them now or remove them altogether! You can also decide that you want covered buttons down the back at this stage, they add such a lovely finishing touch. Please note: for larger changes, such as altering structure or key design elements, there will be an additional fee of £100-£200.

    Please bring your bridal shoes and any underwear/shapewear you plan to wear on your wedding day to this appointment.

  • (+6 weeks pre-wedding) 30 minutes

    The next time we see you will be a little closer to your wedding and your dress will be finished! You will try on your dress in all of its glory, we will double check the fit and make sure everything is perfect, and make any tweaks if necessary.

  • (2-4 weeks from second fitting) 30 minutes

    When your dress will be ready to take home, we will either give you your dress in a garment bag or a box, whatever you prefer

LEAD TIMES

Classic: 6 months plus

Speedy: 3 to 5 months (+10% on purchase price)

Last minute: under 3 months (+15% on purchase price)
